About me
Independent electromechanician specialized in industrial maintenance, installations and tailor-made technical solutions.
🧑🔧 Who am I?
My name is Jan, I am 51 years old and based in the Durbuy region in Wallonia.
I am an independent electromechanician with 33 years of experience in industrial maintenance, installations and technical solutions.
I mainly work in my local region, where I can respond quickly and flexibly to industrial projects and maintenance work. I also take on projects throughout Belgium, depending on the nature and planning of the work.
Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide variety of industrial installations and machine parks, where I was responsible for maintenance, repairs and optimizations.
💡 Why I became self-employed
I chose to work independently because I am passionate about my job and I enjoy having the freedom to develop my own ideas. This allows me to respond more flexibly to client needs and to approach projects in a more personal way. It also enables me to support companies with direct communication and short decision-making lines.
⚙️ What is important for me in my work
In my work, I value the ability to work independently, to make clear agreements with clients and to work together towards a strong technical result. Both the client and myself must be satisfied with the delivered work.
🔧 What sets me apart
What sets me apart is my experience of more than 30 years in the sector. As a small independent company, I can work more flexibly, with lower overhead and less administrative burden, which often leads to a more efficient and cost-effective approach.
I mainly work by appointment and focus on larger projects. Emergency interventions are possible depending on planning and ongoing work.
